This contract guarantees the price of fuel oil will not exceed per gallon for the life of this contract. (Or less if maket allows).
	I wish to purchase in advance gallons of fuel oil on the pre-buy price protection plan, payable in full at time of enrollment.
	I have enclosed my $99.95 hedge fee, to be paid at time of enrollment. The hedge fee is a financial instrument as insurance. Sets a ceiling on the price of oil charged and if the market price falls, you will be charged the lower price.
THE TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT ARE AS FOLLOWS: If customer does not use their entire pre-buy gallons by the expiration date customer will receive a credit of the dollar amount not used for credit towards future purchases. There are no refunds unless customer moves from residence. Any deliveries after expiration will be charged at the market price of that day's delivery. The customer must be on automatic delivery for the full term of the contract. Customer must be credit approved. If a customer usage surpasses the number of gallons locked in for, the additional gallons will be charged at market rate of that days delivery. This contract may be cancelled without prior notice or penalty to Globe Petroleum in the event of "force majeure" supply disruption beyond the control of Globe Petroleum. In this event, Globe will refund the proportionate balance of your hedge fee and teh amount of money not uysed toward the undelivered gallons. Businesses are subject to NJGRT at .04 cents per gallon. The .04 cent tax is charged above the cap price. This is a binding contract between Globe Petroleum and it's affiliated companies and it's customer. Penalty for early termination. This contract is not valid until signed by an authorized Globe Petroleum Representative.
